Oman Refreshment Company Ltd. was founded in 1974 and was incorporated as a public joint stock company in 1975 with initial fully paid up capital of R.O.500,000/- divided into 50,000 shares of R.O.10/- each, with Headquarters at Al-Ghubra, in Muscat city. With the growth and expansion of the company the share capital was increased as follows;

• During 1986 : Share Capital increased to RO. 800,000
• During 1991: Share capital increased to RO. 2,000,000 at the Rate of Ro 1 per share
• During 2004: Share capital increased to RO. 2,500,000 by giving Bonus shares to existing Shareholders
• During 2007: Share capital increased to RO. 3,000,000 by giving Bonus shares to existing Shareholders.

The company was granted franchise agreement from Pepsico international, New York to fill the international brands of PepsiCo carbonated beverages and Aquafina pure drinking water. ORC as bottler now produce Pepsi cola, Diet Pepsi, Mirinda Orange, Mirinda Apple, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Shani, Evervess Soda, etc in Cans 355ml , Pet 2.25 Liter and 355 ml Non-Returnable Bottles in addition to Aquafina pure drinking water. We are also manufacturing Top Fruit Juices (Orange, Mango and Mixed Fruits).
