The annual General Meeting of the Oman Refreshment Co SAOG
which was held at Falaj Hotel on 23/3/2010 has approved distribution of cash dividend to the shareholders at 70% from the Paid up Share Capital, equivalent to Baiza 700 per share. Also, the AGM approved the election of new Director, Mr. Mohamed Abdul Aziz Ali Abdalla Al Owais to fill the vacant seat and to continue the remaining period of the Board without opposition.
The Extra ordinary General Meeting and Annual General Meeting of Oman Refreshment Company
(SAOG) held on Tuesday, 24th March 2009 at Al Falaj Hotel.
The meeting was chaired by Sheikh Ahmed Bin Omeir Al Hinai and
approved the following resolutions.
EGM: The amendment of Article of Association of the (25/b) reducing the number
of Board of Directors from Nine to Seven has been approved.
AGM: The AGM unanimously approved the distribution of cash dividend of 50% of
the paid up capital (equivalent to 500 Baiza per Share) and approved the company's
audited Financials ended 31st Dec,2008.

The Annual General Meeting of Oman Refreshment Company held on 23rd March 2008, at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Muscat, has unanimously approved the distribution of Cash dividend of 40% (400 Bzs per share) and Stock dividend of 20% (issue of Bonus shares at the rate of 1 share for every 5 shares held) to the ORC Shareholders which resulted in increasing the Company's Shares from 2.5 Million Shares to 3.0 Million Shares
ORC is going live with Handheld system for Sales and Distribution operation in order to enhance the quality operation and delivery through technology. The introduction of handheld computers and system from Intermec and Mirnah Technologies will help the company considerably. Equipping fleet personnel with HHT terminals and making them log all sales information electronically will benefit ORC to buildup more accurate records of what customers are buying and when. It will help improving the Business Process, Sales Efficiency, Shipping and Delivery planning, Production and Inventory management.
